We are looking forward to the annual school fete this Sunday 18th May. The theme of the event this year is ‘The Olympics’. This is a wonderful occasion when the whole school comes together to enjoy our beautiful surroundings. The boarders will be organising a variety of fun activities and competitions for the boys to enjoy - and to spend their pocket money!

 

As a new initiative, Mr Lloyd, who is in charge of organizing the fete, has decided to begin the afternoon with some unique relay races for the day boys. These races will incorporate them into the opening ceremony for the first time and give them the chance to sample the spirit of The Olympics. These races will begin at 1400 sharp.

 

The boys will need to be at school by 1345, wearing their normal summer uniform and trainers, instead of their usual brown shoes. The fete closes with a raffle at approximately 1630. There will be no checkout for day boys afterwards.

Please remember that this is a compulsory school event. We look forward to seeing you all on the day.
