Caldicott encourages the boys to play their role in the community. As part of Thursday afternoon activities they volunteer to visit Farnham Common House where they entertain the elderly residents. Boys contribute to the village show and the Chapel Choir sings in the local parish churches. Caldicott boys raise money in the annual Sponsored Walk or Swim, and in the weekly Chapel services to support both local and national charities.

Over the past few years overseas sports tours have involved helping underprivileged communities in Third World countries.
