We have a great opportunity for a Resident Sports Graduate Assistant to start in September 2024, for the academic year 2024 – 2025. The role is intended to suit recent graduates who have an interest in pursuing a career in education or sports coaching: it is an ideal opportunity to assess whether a career in these fields is right for you. It will provide an all-encompassing experience of school life, working and living in the school alongside the other sports graduates and Gap Year Placement students. The work experience will be hugely varied, with opportunities to coach sport, support classroom and a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
The role pays a basic salary pro-rated for the duration of the contract, plus:
- Free on-site accommodation
- The provision of all meals during term time
- Use of school facilities, including a swimming pool and squash courts
- Employee Assistance Programme
Exceptional candidates may subsequently be offered support to qualify as a teacher where we have a need in their subject specialism.
